Started out just looking at campers. Dustin Witt, with their sales department greeted me and showed me different models. Dustin is great!! Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. All the people that I met at this dealership were very friendly and helpful. Needless to say, my "just looking" turned into a purchase. I must say I was completely surprised with the customer service here. This is our first RV purchase and they made us feel like pros! Kristy made us feel very welcome and was VERY knowledgeable. We came to look at 2 specific models, 1 they did not have but the other they did have the other that had just literally arrived. The service guys had not had a chance to go over the RV to verify all was working. She was able to nail down what we were looking for and showed us several options. I really was not planning on purchasing one but we found the one that we loved and we just could not beat the price she offered! The service guys installed an extra AC and I just could not believe how fast they were able to get it done. When they were going over their extensive checklist they found an issue and worked extremely hard to fix the problem. I am VERY happy with my purchase and if you are looking for an RV, please come and check them out! - James
